Following the removal of the underground storage tank, OTS has experienced NJDEP licensed staff that collect samples and perform subsurface evaluations of the underground storage tank area in accordance with NJDEP rules and regulations.

OTS prepares reports that include analytical data, amps and other pertinent information that is submitted to the NJDEP in order to obtain a “no further action ” determination from the NJDEP.

If applicable, OTS can provide a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to move the reporting process more quickly to meet the demands of real estate transactions.
